Block 1: Digital

Rethinking the Booking Flow: The existing ticket booking experience on the museum's website had grown fragmented over time. I redesigned the flow end to end, simplifying the user journey, reducing drop-off points, and aligning the interface with Porsche's visual standards.

Block 2: Print

A Handbook for the People Behind the Tour: I designed a printed tour guide handbook for the museum's internal staff, the guides who lead visitors through the exhibitions every day. The project covered everything from content structure and layout system to the overall visual language, giving guides a clear and well-designed reference they could actually rely on.
